Heat ghee in pan. Add cashew, raisin and fry till golden brown. Drain it. In same ghee add vermicelli and fry till nice aroma released. Add milk and cook it. Remove it

Heat Sugar in a pan. cook till sugar is melt stir continuously. Once sugar syrup turn golden switch it off
Add to cooked Vermicelli and mix well. Add fried nuts. Mix well
