Kara Seedai

I love Seedai of course to eat not to make. So lazy even though it is with simple ingredients also you have to be careful as some time it can pop. If you are using rice flour make sure you roast rice flour to reduce the chances of popping out. Whenever I make Seedai I use only 1 cup not more than that. As it takes time to make those cute little balls. If you have to help hands pls. use. Also, you prepare all the balls (seedai) first before you start frying. I have posted many seedai recipes in my space. Pls. try out for this Janmashtami.
