Tandoori Baby Corn
Tandoori baby corn - Have you tried this before? if not it is must try recipe. Recently Tandoori flavored dishes become our family favorite. There are few recipes in my to do list. I love the fact this recipe is not deep fried. My 2nd son who is not big fan of corn likes this recipe

For Marination
- 1/2 cup hung curd or greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Besan flour
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- salt to taste
For Tandoori baby corn
- 200 g baby corn
- oil for shallow frying
Cut baby corn into 2 pieces as you see in the pic. Heat water with salt & cook baby corn. Drain it. Keep it aside
In a bowl take all the ingredients under marination and mix well add water if needed
Add cooked baby corn and mix well. Let it sit for 30 mins
In a grill pan add oil for shallow frying. arrange marinated baby corn and let it cook till all sides are browned. Cook in low flame
At last add remaining marination paste and fried baby corn and mix well
