In a bowl take all the ingredients except almonds and Ghee. mix well using whisk till everything combined without any lump
Heat pan and pour the milk mixture. Add ghee. Continue to cook in low flame until mixture thicken. Mixture will hold shape and start leaving sides. This might take about 10-12 mins
At this point transfer to greased pan/ plate. Level it with greased bottom or laddle. Add sliced almonds and press it gently
Let it cool down for 1.5 - 2 hrs and cut into desired shape
