Jaggery Recipe - Healthy Sweet Rice - Vrat, Pooja, Naivedyam recipes
Super simple fix for sweet cravings. Healthy too. I love the fact this can be done with left over rice. You can do this with brown or white rice. I have done it with brown rice. So simple naivedyam recipe.

- 1.5 cup Cooked rice
- 1/2 cup jaggery + 2 Tablespoon
- 3 tsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 tpsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tsp raisins
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut gratings
Heat ghee. Add cashew fry till slight brown color. Add raisin and fry till puffs up. Remove it.
Heat jaggery with 1/4 cup of water till it melts.
Add Cooked rice mix well. Add cardamom, Coconut, Fried nuts
Mix well. switch it off. If you fry for long rice will become hard
