Heat Ghee in a pan. Add coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder pinch of salt, and mix well. Continue to cook till Jaggery melted and it forms a nice mass. Switch it off.
Take Ragi, rice flour, and salt. Add boil water bit by bit to make smooth dough
Take Lemon size Ragi dough and make a cup. Place small coconut ball
Bring all the sides together and make modak. arrange it in the greased plate
Steam it for 13-15 mins in a medium flame or till it is shinny & not sticky
