Soya Chaap Tikka
Soya Chaap is totally new to me. I was looking for high protein options for vegetarians / vegans. I normally do Tofu / Tempeh but my friend mentioned about Soya Chaap I have decided to check out. If you are in for spicy starter than try this Soya Chaap

- 200 g Soya Chaap (remove the stick and dice into ½ inch round piece)
- 2 tbsp Besan flour
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 3 tbsp Curd / yogurt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1.2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow fry
In a broad vessel take chopped soya Chaap. Add Besan flour, Rice flour, Curd, Ginger garlic paste, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Chili powder and salt
Mix well. Leave it aside for 30-60 mins
Heat oil for shallow fry. Arrange the Soya Chaap pieces in single layer. Fry till all sides are browned
Once done remove it. Serve it
