Pav Bhaji Masala

I love Pav Bhaji for dinner on the weekend it is so easy to make it and healthy also. I learned this from my husband office colleague (right after my marriage and at the time I was so new to the cooking). However you do this is something which will taste good :-). For bread I use normal roll or hot dog buns or burger bread. If any Bhaji left over I will use it as sandwich stuffing for school


Ingredients:


Big Onion – 2 medium finely chopped
Ginger Paste – 1 tablespoon

Garlic Paste – 2 tablespoon
Green Chillies – 3-4 finely chopped
Tomato – 4 medium finely chopped
Pav Bhaji masala – 1 1/2 tablespoon
Finely chopped Mixed Veg – 3 cups (cook and mash it well)
Potato – 1-2 cook and mash it well
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
Raw onion – 2 tablespoon (for serving)
Chopped coriader leaves – 2 tablespoon
Grated purple carrot for garnishing
Method:


Cooke all the vegeables and mash it well
Heat the kada and add oil. Add Onion and fry till soft. Add Garlic, Ginger paste. Add Tomato, Green Chillies and fry till it is soft
Let it cool and grind it to nice smooth paste
Heat Kada and add reminder of oil
Season with Cumin seeds
Add grinded paste and fry for sometime
Add mashed potato
Add Mashed vegetables
Add Pav Bhaji masala,Turmeric powder and chilli  and let it boil for 10 mins
Add grated purple carrot
Add Lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
