Easy Way to make Mango Milkshake Recipe

My kids love Mango. Esp just to eat with curd rice. During Indian mango season it is a must. So I seldom do other mango based recipe. But this year because of the blog I decided to do few mango based recipes. Due to calorie I am not a big fan of milkshake which has ice cream. But My kids love it. So I have decided to try out mango milkshake in one of hot summer afternoon
Ingredients


Fresh Mango – 1.5 cups ( I have used very sweet  alphonso)
Milk – 1 cup
Vanila ice cream – Small scoop (about 4-5 tablespoons)
Sugar – 1.5 Tablespoon (adjust to your taste and Mango’s sweetness)



Method:


Add everything into food processor or blender or mixie. And Whip till the shake is smooth

Serve Chilled

    since last five days i am on mango smoothie diet, making everyday this kind of drinks for my lunch, will see the end result on my body but right now enjoying.
