I wanted to make something simple yet flavourful capsicum dish which can go well with rice / bread sandwich. I made this dish with yellow, green and red capsicum. You can do it with green capsicum (capcicum). It went well with rice. My son had it with bread as bread sandwich. It is something you can do under 30 mins.
Ingredients:
Capsicum – 3 ( 1 red capsicum, 1 green capsicum, 1 yellow capsicum)
Sat per taste
oil – 2 teaspoon
Cashew nuts – 15
Green chillies – 2
Poppy seeds – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Wash and cut the capsicum into think strips
Soak cashew nuts, poppy seeds for 30 mins. And grind it with green chillies into smooth paste
Heat the kada and add oil. When oil is hot add capsicum. Add salt and fry till it is soft. Add grinded masala and fry till moisture is absorbed.
Serve hot with rice / roti / bread. Is it very easy?
