Creamy Mango Lassi Yogurt Recipe

I love Mango. Every year I will wait for mango session. Coming from Trichy I am big fan of imam pasand. I am so lucky that we get these variety in Singapore during the season. During summer season Mango is must have fruit for our entire family. I have done Mango lassi many times. Only today managed to take the shots. 
Ingredients:


Mangoes – 1 Cup (peel the skin and chop it)
Yogurt – 1 cup (I have used low fat but Full fat taste good too)
Milk – 1/2 Cup ( I have used skim)
Sugar – 1 – 3 tablespoon (Adjust to your tast and also to the sweetness of the mango)
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Nuts for garnishing  (Optional)
Chopped Mango for garnishing (optional)

Chilled Water – 1/2 to 3/4 cup (If not chilled water add ice cubes of 1/4 cup-1/2. Adjust according to the desired thickness of the lassi)

Method


Blend the mangoes, yogurt to smooth paste. Add milk,Sugar,  cardamom powder  and blend again. Add Ice / Ice water and blend again.

Serve Chill
