Miso Mixed Vegetable Rice

My kids love variety rice especially fusion ones like vegetable fried rice. These days our family is going thro’ the stage in which we love everything with Miso. I have done soups, Noodles with it. Other day when I was doing fried rice I wanted to try with Miso paste. It came out well. Kids enjoyed to their core. 
Ingredients:
Cooked brown rice – 2 Cups
Mixed vegetables – 2 Cups (I have used carrot, beans, cabbage, black olive. Chooped finely)
Salt per taste
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Onion – 1/4 cup finely chopped
Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped
Garlic – 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Green Chillies – 3 – 5 (slit into 2 I have used 3)
Miso Paste – 1.5 tablespoon
Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Spring onion – 1 tablespoon (finely Chopped)


Method:


Heat the kada and add oil. When it is hot add cumin seeds. when it start to crackle add Garlic and fry till it is light brown in color. Add green chillies and onion and fry till it is brown in color. 

Add Beans, Carrot, salt and sprinkle and cook it . Fry them in high flame. When the vegetables are cooked add cabbage and cook it. Add Miso paste and mix well. Add cooked rice and mix well. Add Coriander leaves and spring onion and mix well. Serve hot with favourite side dish
