Keerai with Soya Chunks

Soya chunks is good source of protein. Keerai has it’s own vitamins and minerals. Combining these two provides well balanced side dish. Other day I had some soaked Soya which was in excess and wondering what to do. I was talking to my helper and said to her I don’t know what to do with as the qty is less so cannot make any dish by itself also we have also planned our meal so don’t want to change.. My son came over and asked me whether I have seen recipe which combines keerai and Soya. I told him no he then recommended this combination and said you have new dish for the blog!
