Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie



Lately I started to develop liking for fruit flavoured yogurt or yogurt based smoothie. I have tried

with pineapple. It is really great. I finished it in no time. I had it for my breakfast. This can be 

served as dessert also. If you get mango you can add it also.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Pineapple – 1 cup ( you can substitute with fresh + 1 cup ice cubes)
  • Ginger – 1 inch (take a juice out of it)
  • Riped Banana – 1 
  • Pineapple juice – 1 cup
  • Low fat yogurt – 1 cup
  • Sugar / Honey – 1 -2 teaspoon (optional. If pineapple is sweet enough you don’t have to add. I didn’t add)

Method:

First blend frozen pineapple and yogurt to smooth paste. Add rest of the ingredients and blend it it is smooth.



Serve it chilled
