Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 1/2 cup ( I have used store brought Paneer)
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Garlic – 8 finely chopped
Green chillies – 2 (to your spice level)
Ginger – 1/2 Inch
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Dhania (Coriander seeds) powder – 1 teaspoon
Jeera (Cumin seeds) powder – 1 /2 teaspoon
Tomatoes – 3 cup Finely chopped
Dry fruits and nuts – 1 tablespoon (Optional)
Method:
Heat the oil in the kada add garlic
When it is brown add Onion and fry till translucent
Add masala powder and mix well and fry for 3 mins
Add diced tomatoes. Cook till Tomato become mushy. If needed add bit of water
Crumble paneer with hand and keep it ready
Add this to the gravy and mix it well. Cook for 5 more mins or till the gravy is reaching preferred consistency
