Ingredients:
Sweet Potato ( boil it and peel the skin and smash it to fine paste) – 3/4 Cup
2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 Pinch of ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon of finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon Chopped coriander
2 cups Wheat Flour
Water as per requirement
Salt to taste
Oil for frying Chappathi
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes with all the above ingredients (except ghee). Knead well to soft dough. Add water only if needed. Add water little by little
Make small balls of the dough and roll it to a thin round.
Heat the tawa (pan) and fry the chapatis with oil until the brown spots appear.
Tasty sweet potato chapatis are ready to taste.
