Ingredients:
Potato – 4 Nos (Medium size)
Curry leaves – few
Sambar powder – 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Cron Flour – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 4 tablespoon
Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
Urad dhal – 2 teaspoon
Asafotida powder – a pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoon
In a kadai put the oil and when it is hot add mustard. When it pops up add asafotida powder, urad dhal and fry till it become light brown. Add Ginger Garlic paste and curry leaves and fry till nice aroma comes.
Add potato pieces. Sprinkle turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt. Mix well so that potato is coated with masala evenly
