Mysore Pak Sweet Dish Recipe by Veena Theagarajan.

Mysore Pak is a popular South Indian sweet dish. This is the only Indian sweet that my first son like it. Infact the sweet that whole family like it with the exception of me. So every time when the kids crave for sweet I do it. Past couple of years it is turning out pretty good ( I can call myself expert :-)). I wanted to post this for my 5000th Hits.. But my son keep asking for it.. They win at the end

  • Heat other half of Ghee and reduce the flame (make sure the ghee is hot)
  • Put the sugar in another pan and add 1/2 cup of water to it. Cook till it becomes sticky syrup. You can check the right consistency you can pour the sweet syrup in a water and when u roll it should form ball.
