Channa Salad (Sundal) Recipe

I first had this in the Bombay woodlands I liked but hesitating to do it at home because it had raw onion which my son doesn’t like it. However today I did it and kept plain cooked channa with Sweet chutney for him.. This way he is happy and the rest of us are happy 🙂 Don’t have to wait for my visit to Bombay woodlands

Ingredients:
Cooked black Channa -2 Cups (Soak for 7-8 hours and pressure cook till 5 whistle with salt)
Finely chopped Onion – 1 tablespoon
Tomato – 1 tablespoon
Shredded Ginger – 5 pieces
Sweet Chutney – 4 Tablespoon
Chopped Coriander – 1 tablespoon

Method:

Mix everything in a bowl and serve
