Green Chutney (Pani Poori/Puri)

Pani poori is one of our all time favourite. Every time we do it we will make these chutney little more so I can use it on other recipes. Most of the time our Sweet chutney is in more demand than the green but I love Green Chutney. I have been using this recipe for last 10-12 years. Base Recipe is from Mallika Badrinath but had modified to our taste.


Ingredients:


Mint Leaves – 1 Cup

Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies – 4
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt per taste
Tamarind – Marble Size (soak it in water)


Method:


Grind the ingredients of green chutney to smooth paste with minimum water possible
Before serving dilute it with water as per taste. Lemon Juice can be added as optional
