Ingredients:
Potatoes : 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Green Chillies – 6
Ginger Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Cook Potatoes. Peel and mash
Heat little oil and season with cumin seed and add ginger garlic paste
Add mashed potatoes with salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix it well
Fry it for 3-5 mins
Switch it off and let it cool
When it is cool down add chillies, Coriander leaves and onion and mix it well
