Ingredients:
Chopped Cauliflower – 4 cups (1 Small Cauliflower)
Mustard seeds – 1/4 teaspoons
Urad Dhal – 1 teaspoon
Bengal Gram Dhal – 1 teaspoon
Green chillies – 2
Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoon
Pepper – 6-7
Garlic – 4
Curry Leaves – 1 string
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the Cauliflower into small flowerlets
Put the chopped cauliflower in hot water for 15 mins
Pound Green chillies, Cumin Seeds, Pepper to coarse paste
Heat the Kada
Add Mustard seeds and let it splutter
Add Curry Leaves, Urad Dhal and Bengal gram dhal
Drain water from Cauliflower and add them to kada
Let it cook when it is half done add salt, and Green chillies, Cumin Seeds, Pepper paste
Let it cook completely
And switch off
