Ingredients
Coconut gratings – 1 cup
Curry leaves – 10
Green chilli – 7
Roasted Gram – 1 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dhal – 1 tablespoon
Small onion – 2
Garlic – 1
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Salt – ¾ teaspoon or as per taste
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Heat the kada
Add Small onion, Garlic, Ginger, Roasted gram and fry it for 1 min
Add green chillies and Coconut and fry for 1 more mins
Tranfer this to mixie and let it cool off
And grind with water to smooth consistency
Heat the Kada and add oil
When the oil is hot add mustard seeds
When it starts to splutter add Urad dhal and curry leaves
Fry till dhal become brown and add to to chutney
