Oats Masala

This is very fast and healthy breakfast option. This keep you full for longer time. This is one of my favourite. Give it a try


Ingredients:

  • Oats – 2 tablespoon
  • Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
  • beans,carrot,peas – 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste



Method:

  • Heat 2 coups of water in kadai 
  • add salt and sambar powder
  • when it boils add vegetables and cook it
  • once vegetables cooked add oats
  • and let it cooked and serve hot
