- Rye Bread – 2 pieces
- Avocado paste – 2 teaspoon
- 1 Low fat bread Cheese / 1 Tablespoon Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Optional
- Cut Cucumber
- Cut Carrot
- Lettuce
- Tomato
I didn’t add any of the optional today
Method
- Apply little butter on Bread
- Toast the bread in toaster for 2 mins
- Apply Avocado paste
- Arrange all the selected (if any) vegetables
- Add Cheese on top of it
- Now Ready to serve
