- 1 Avocado
- 1 teaspoon Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Onion
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- Salt as required
- 1 teaspoon Chopped coriander
Method
- Cut the Avocado (de-seed it) into lengthwise
- Smash into paste add other ingredients and mix it well
- Add Chopped Coriander
Variation:
- Replace Tomato with Lemon juice
- Replace Pepper with Chopped green chillies
- You can omit Onion if you don’t prefer fresh one
