This attractive pink latte recipe is easy to make. It can be served as hot or cold. This recipe is for hot beetroot latte. For cold just chill the same recipe and serve. This latte is healthy too.

Ingredients for making Beetroot Latte:
- cooked beet – 1/2
- Milk of your choice – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
- Maple syrup – 1 tablespoon (optional. I have used brown sugar as my maple syrup expired)
- Expresso – 1 tablespoon (optional. I have used it)
Step by step instruction to make Beetroot Latte:
Grind cooked beet, maple syrup and vanilla extract to smooth paste. Heat milk with cinnamon
Add grinded paste. Boil it. Add hot expresso. Mix well. Froth it.
You are almost there, just Strain it.
Serve hot, your beetroot latte is ready. Share your comments.
