I am a big fan of Finger millet. Whenever my mum sends snacks from India she will send some finger millet (thattai or omapodi or murukku) recently I have opened ragi omapodi & it was last snack left so my sons tried it and they loved it.. So when the mood is fresh I wanted to try it. It is one of the simple snack and perfect to go with tea! Eventhough color is not appealing tastes amazing.. I love unique flavour of Ragi. I didn’t add any chilli you can add chilli powder or grind soaked dry red chilli. You can add Garlic too
