Kummayam recipe – Aadi kummayam recipe – Aadi festival recipe – Healthy sweet recipes

Kummayam – Aadi Kummayam is totally new to me. I saw this in many blogs. I normally make kali / Porridge. As this also has more urad dal I decide to give it a try. This involves making Kummayam flour and finally making kummayam. It is really healthy high in protein and iron. this traditional Chettinad dish is given to girls during the puberty stage too.
