My helper wanted to do make Koozh for me to try. I heard this for the first time. She told me back home her mum serves this as after school snack. I was skeptical about it. Since I had Jaggery in the past few days I added sugar in this recipe but you can add jaggery to enhance the taste of it. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of it. Unless you say no one can guess it
Ingredients
Jackfruit seeds – 10
Salt to taste
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste (I have added 2 teaspoons)
Water – 2 cup
Oil – 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut – 2 tablespoon
Method:
Peel the outer skin of jackfruit and slice it into thin round pieces. Shallow fry it in 1/2 teaspoon of oil with salt. Let it cool down. Grind it to smooth paste with coconut and water.
Mix sugar. Heat the pan add ground paste and water.
Let it boil Add milk and boil for 15 mins again. (Adjust water according to your preferred consistency level)
Enjoy it. You can serve hot or cold

Great recipe it has a lot of flavour without being over powering.
