I love rose in any form. But adding it to Tea is totally new to me. I got introduced in my first few trips to China (in fact all different type of teas with flower, fruit etc..) I loved every flavour. I have been drinking no milk rose tea for a while however recently when I tried rose tea with milk I loved it too. So thought of sharing the recipe.. It is very simple yet very refreshing tea
Ingredients
Milk – 1 (I have used low fat)
Tea powder – 2 teaspoon (adjust to your preference)
Sugar – 3 teaspoon (I hv used brown sugar)
Rose petals – 2.5 tablespoon (adjust to your preference)
Water – 1 cup
Method:
Heat water with tea powder, sugar, rose petals. Boil till you get 3/4 cup
Add milk. Let it boil. Once you start to see foam reduce the flame and boil for a min
Strain it and serve
