Yogurt, Roasted Moong dal salad – Roasted Moong Dal Pachadi – Simple snack recipe – Simple side recipes

I love any dish with yogurt (I started taking yogurt only in the past few years). The other day I wanted some quick salad with yogurt. I had this roasted moong dal so I wanted to try with it. I had some sweet chutney in the fridge too. I felt the addition of this enhanced the taste of it. So I strongly suggest to add this. Initially I wanted to have this as a snack but it was almost like full meal. Quite filling too. So enjoy this perfect yogurt based snack / Chaat
Ingredients


Roasted Moong dal – 1 cup
Yogurt – 2 cup
Tomatoes – 2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoon
Pomegranate – 2 tablespoon
Sweet Chutney – 2 tablespoon (or more)
Boiled Potato – 1 (Peel the skin and dice it)



Method:


Add all the ingredients in a bowl mix well

Serve chillied. Add more yogurt if the salad is very thick at the point of serving
