My kids love taco recipes. I have posted taco with soya granules sometime back. I had just made a simple one with avocado and cheese. Recently I started to try out different combos. If you have taco shells at home it is one of the more simple dishes or snacks that you can make for kids or guests. I wanted to try it with mango. Initially, I wanted to try with a vegan version, but later I added yogurt dressing since mango and yogurt together is
. You can have it with your own version of dressing and add Rajma or Black bean too
Ingredients
Taco Shell – 4
Mango – 2 cups (Chopped)
Avocado – 1 (peel and chopped)
Onion – 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoon
Cooked Potato – 1/4 cup
Grated carrot – 2 tablespoon
For Dressing
yogurt – 1/2 cup (I have used 0% non fat greek yogurt)
Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves – few
Green chillies – 1
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
