Ingredients:
Oats – 2 tablespoon
Cucumber – 1/2 cup (chopped finely)
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper Corns – 1/8 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Cook oats with bit of salt and 1/2 cup of water. Dry roast cumin seeds, pepper and dry ginger.
Add all the ingredients into a blender and make a smoothie
Serve chilled
