Corn Dosa – Breakfast recipe – Dosa recipes

I love to try different types of dosa.. I used to hide vegetables that my kids dislike in their favourite dish. It works well in getting them eating almost all vegetables. I didn’t buy Corn for quite sometime. The other day I saw very fresh corn so brought home 2 corn cob. I wanted to do this dosa for quite sometime.. Finally I got to that
Ingredients


Idli rice – 3 cup
Urad dhal – 1 cup
Sweet Corn – 2 on the cob
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa



Method:


Wash and soak Idli rice, Urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for 5 hrs. Remove the corn kernels 

Grind it to smooth paste first. Add soaked rice / dhal and grind to smooth paste. Add salt and mix well. 

Heat ghee and add turmeric powder. 

Mix it to batter. Let it ferment. 

Heat the pan and take a laddle full of batter and spread it. Drizzle oil around it. And let it cook

Fold it. take it out and serve hot with fav chutney
