I have tasted Kara pori with chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic and peanuts.. I also posted it here. But after starting blog I saw this version beach style kara pori in many blogs. It sounded very interesting. Last month I visited Marina beach and I remembered to try this version :-). I am so hooked to it. So When I returned I wanted to try this … So hear you go with my version… enjoy
Ingredients
Tomatoes – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Onion – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Boiled Peanut – 2 tablespoon
Raw mango – 1 teaspoon
Cucumber – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoon (as required)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon (as required)
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Puffed Rice – 1.5 cups
Sev – 2 tablespoon (optional)
Method:
Arrange all the ingredients
Mix in Tomatoes, Onion, Boiled Peanut, Cucumber, Raw mango, Carrot, Coriander leaves Salt and lemon juice.
Just before serving add Pori and serve! My kids love with sev too.. So I add Sev
