Don’t have much time in the morning for having coffee followed by breakfast? Rushing for time? Looking to have good break from regular Indian breakfast? How about this Coffee Oats smoothie. It is really filling and gives much needed morning caffeine. Even if you are not a big fan of oats you will love this! As this completely masks the unique Oats flavour.
Ingredients:
Quick cooking Oats – 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Milk – 1 cup
Instant Coffee powder – 1 teaspoon
Walnut – 1 tablespoon
Dates – 5-7 (adjust based on your sweetness)
Method:
Cook oats with 1/2 cup of water and pinch of salt. (I have cooked it in microwave for 1 mins) Add walnut, coffee powder and mix it well.
Chop dates and add all the ingredients in the blender. and blend it till nice smooth consistency
