During school / college days our gang visits a couple of ice cream parlours at least twice a week. Whenever we have little bit of time or end early day we end up in these ice cream place. There are times I end up walking home as we use up all our money for having ice creams
Ingredients
Milk – 2 cups (I have used full cream)
sabja seeds / chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
Vermicelli/ semiya – 1/4 cup
Vanilla ice cream – 1 -2 scoops
Chopped nuts of your choice – 1 teaspoon
Rose syrup – 1 to 1.5 teaspoon (Rose syrup had sugar so I didn’t add any sugar if you want you can add sugar to your taste)
your favourite Jelly – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Method:
Boil the milk and add rose syrup. Chill it
Cook the Vermicelli and wash it off with normal water. Let it cool down. Set aside
Soak Sabja seeds/ chia seeds for 30 mins. Keep it aside
Keep all the ingredients ready. Now take serving Glass. Add Rose syrup, Vermicelli, Seeds, Milk. Finally top it off with scoop of ice cream
Serve chillied. Enjoy!
