I love Nannari syrup flavoured drink. It is really very healthy and tasty. It is perfect for this hot hot summer. This drink is very simple to make. I prefer to use boiled and cooled down milk. If you prefer it use without boiling go ahead. You can use milk of your choice for this recipe. Also I made it with both Basil and badam pisin option. You can pick your choice
Ingredients
Milk – 1 cup (boiled and cooled)
Badam pisin(Almond Gum) – 2 tablespoon (after soaking) or Sabja seeds/ chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
Nannari Syrup – 2 tablespoon (as required)
Icecubes – 2
Method
Soak Badam pisin / Sabja seeds or Chia seeds in water for 2 hrs (overnight also ok). Keep it in fridge till you need it
Boil the milk and let it cool down completely. Keep it in Fridge till you need it. Mix in Nannari Syrup
Add in Badam pisin in one cup. Add soaked Seeds in one more cup
Serve with ice cubes
