Carrot dosa – No ferment Vegetable dosa – Healthy dosa – Breakfast, dinner recipe

I love to sneak vegetables to give natural colors and flavours. I have Posted Carrot dosa before. It has different ingredients. This version is very simple and even bachelors can try. The color and natural sweetness of the carrot would be attractive to the kids. Easy to get your daily color or vegetable servings right?
Ingredients

Idli Rice – 2 Cup
Urad dhal – 2 tablespoon
Grated Carrot – 2 cups 
Green chllies – 4 or 5 (fry in 1/2 teaspoon of ghee)
Salt to taste
Oil  / Ghee-  cooking dosa
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon per dosa (optional. Highly recommended)

Method:

Wash and soak Idli rice, urad dhal  for 3 hrs.  Fry Green chillies in 1/2 teaspoon of ghee. Grind carrot and green chillies.

Grind rice with require water and salt.

Mix the batter together. Batter should be in dosa batter consistency

Heat flat pan. Take a laddle full of batter and spread it outward. Turn it over and cook it also
Once done turn it over and sprinkle sesame seeds  and using dosa laddle press it a bit. Roll it 

Serve hot
