Pomegranate Lassi – Greek yogurt recipes – Healthy summer recipe – Summer coolers

I am including greek yogurt as part of diet only recently as it is good source of protein. As a vegetarian including yogurt as part of meal provides lot of benefits. However having plain yogurt is huge challenge. I always look for add some flavours to it. Lassi is one of the good option for that. Even though Mango lassi is my most favorite I like all the fruit flavored one
Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup (I have used greek yogurt)
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Sugar or Honey – to taste



Method:
Blend pomegranate seeds with water and strain to get juice

Blend yogurt, pomegranate juice and sugar or honey it smooth frothy drink
