Eggless Matcha Waffles – Healthy breakfast recipe – healthy brunch recipe

I wanted to try the Matcha waffle for my breakfast using my recipe. I saw this post from
Rakskitchen.. I loved the texture of the waffles also love the fact it had
lemon as Lemon and Matcha goes well. I also wanted to substitute 50% 50% with
whole wheat flour. It turnout to be wonderful.. Do try it out and enjoy this
power packed breakfast…

Ingredients:
Self-raising flour – 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour  – 1/2 cup ( I have used the freshly
grinded wheat flour)

Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
Brown or white sugar – 2 teaspoon
Butter, melted- 2 tablespoon
Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Lemon Juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Matcha powder – 2 tablespoon


Method:
 
Melt the butter and take 2 tablespoon of melted butter. Let it cool down

Sift Self raising flour, wheat flour, baking soda. Mix in
Matcha powder with 1/2 cup of milk..

Add room temperature melted ghee and milk. Whisk
it. 

Now add matcha mixture and whisk again

Grease the waffle plate with non stick spray or butter. Heat
it. Pour the laddle full of batter till it covers all the holes. 
Close it and cook it as per instruction of the waffle maker. 




Remove it and serve hot
