Kesar Lassi – Saffron Lassi – Simple healthy summer cooler

I love any  simple shake with yogurt. It is very simple and easy way to whip up the healthy balanced meal. I normally have this lassi for breakfast / lunch this gives me instant protein boost…in addition to good bacteria. I love the unique taste of saffron. 
Ingredients:


Greek Yogurt – 500g (I have used 0% )
Saffron – 20 strands (reduce if you don’t want this to be strong) Soaked in 1/4 cup of warm milk

Milk – 1 cup

Water – 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste
Nuts – for garnishing


Method:

Add all the ingredients in blender except nuts. Whip it up

Add Nuts and serve chill
