Vanilla with Orange peel cupcake – Made healthy with secret ingredients – Healthy Cupcake – Eggless cupcake recipe

As part of Shhh Cooking Secretly Challenge I wanted to try out cake with soy flour and condensed milk. I love to try different ingredients to make our homemade cupcake to be more healthier. I wanted to try mixing soya flour for the cupcake. Result was pretty good. Infact no one can even notice the diff. It remained soft even after a day. Kids loved it. So enjoy this healthier version

Ingredients


All purpose flour -90g
Soya flour – 30g
Butter -60 grams
Condense Milk – 1/2 tin (I have used low fat)
Luke warm water – 150 ml
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda-1/2 teaspoon
Orange peel – 2 teaspoon (chopped into 1/4 inch pieces)
Oats – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

Method:
Sieve together both flour, baking powder and baking soda. 

Cream together condensed milk and butter. Add Vanilla essence, water and mix well. Add the dry ingredients in batches. Mix well. Add Oats, Orange peel and mix well

Grease the cupcake cup with butter  or oil. Fill in the dough again till 3/4th of the cup

Bake it for 25-28 mins or till when you insert a toothpick comes out clean. 

Cool the cupcakes completely. Enjoy it
