Kimchi dry noodle – Simple breakfast or dinner recipe – Korean kimchi noodle

I got exposed to Korean food while travelling for work. I love Kimchi flavour. I love the spiciness of it. I have tried noodles and rice with it. I have posted soupy Kimchi noodles in my space before. This one is dry one. I have used whole grain noodles for this. So it is healthier meal …

Ingredients:

Noodles of your choice – 500g
Kimchi Paste- 1.5 cups
Soya Granules – 1 cup
Oil –  2 teaspoon

Method:

Cook the noodles per instructions on package. Drain the water and keep it aside. Boil water add soya granules let it boil for 3-4 mins. Drain the water and let it cool down. Squeeze the excess water from it. Keep it aside. Heat pan and add oil. When oil is hot add kimchi and fry for 2 mins. Add cooked soya granules. Mix well. Add cooked noodles. Mix well. Fry in medium high flame for 2-3 mins. Switch it off
Serve hot.
