Masala Raita – Masala vegetable yogurt – Healthy side dish for one pot meals

Every time I do some one pot meals I do raita. For some reason it takes almost 2 years to post it in my space. Actually my friend highlighted the fact I have very less raita recipes in my space. Not sure why I didn’t realize it before.. I will be posting few raita in coming days. 
Ingredients


Tomato – 3 tablespoon
Cucumber – 3 tablespoon
Carrot – 4 tablespoon
Chillies – 1 or 2
Salt to taste
Greek yogurt – 1 cup (Use homemade yogurt if Greek yogurt not available)
Water as required
Chat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Method:


Mix greek yogurt, 1/4 cup water, chat masala, Pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, Salt and whip it together. Add water to get desired consistency. Mix together onion, cucumber, Carrot, Tomato put in a serving bowl. Add whipped yogurt and mix well

Serve it
