Normally my snacks are nuts. I am big fan of any nuts. Esp Almonds and walnuts. Last time when I was in US I had this savory walnuts in a shopping malls. Based on ingredients on the cover of it I guessed and tried couple of time.
Ingredients:
Walnuts – 1.5 cups
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt and Garlic powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Dried Rosemary – 1/2 tablespoon
Red chillies powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt and Garlic powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Dried Rosemary – 1/2 tablespoon
Red chillies powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil. In a bowl add olive oil, Red chilli powder, garlic salt and rosemary mix well. Now add Walnut and toss it in oil. Transfer the nuts to baking sheet and bake it for 10 mins or till nuts are crispy. Once done remove it from oven and serve warm
You can store it in Airtight container and happy snacking!
