Recently I have posted Rava Kheer and my friend tried it immediately but instead of rava she has used wheat rava. It is even more healthy. So I have decided to try out immediately.
It is so easy and perfect for busy morning breakfast. This can be served as dessert too. It is also so quick to do so even if you have sudden guests you can serve this in no time
Ingredients:
Wheat Rava / wheat semolina – 1 tablespoon
Milk – 200 ml ( I prefer it bit think if you like watery add another 150 ml. I have used slim milk)
Sugar – 2 teaspoon
Green Cardamom – 2 – 3 pods
Ghee / Oil – 1/2 teaspoon
Almonds – 1 tablespoon ( I love it to be nutty so I have used 1 tablespoon of baked almond. Chop it roughly)
Method:
Heat the pan and add ghee. Add Rava and fry for a min or till nice aroma comes. Add Milk and Cardamom. Let it boil. Add sugar and mix well. Cook till sugar melts and Rava is fully cooked. Add in mixed nuts and serve hot or cold
Is it that simple?
