How to make Aamras Recipe at Home

This is a very new combo for me. I tried this only during the last mango season. And I loved it. It is very simple and perfect for busy weekday dinners. This can be served with Poori or you can serve it for dessert. 
Ingredients

Mango pulp – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – as required ( I didn’t add as Mangoes were so sweet)
Milk – 2 tablespoon
Dry ginger powder – 2 pinches

Method
Peel and chop the mangoes. Grind it to smooth paste with milk and sugar (if adding)
Add cardamom and ginger powder. Whip it .

Chill it for 30 minsServe it with chapatis or Pooris
