I love the Achari (Pickle) flavour. The combination of mustrad seeds and fenugreek seeds is really interesting. I have posted Achari Paneer, Achari Vegetable rice in my space. The other day when I wanted to make some baby potato side I was wondering why not try Achari flavoured one! For sure someone must have posted the recipe on the net. So When I searched I found quite a few posts. I have tried using my own combo which I have used for rice. If you don’t have Yogurt you can add Vinegar. This can be served as starter too
